Sarah is an enthusiastic Spark Guide, recently pivoted into education through a newfound but deep-rooted passion for learning. Sarah is energized by the opportunity to help learners not only build academic skills, but confidence to tackle various challenges they haven't mastered, or even encountered yet.

Early in her career, she quickly made an intentional turn from law towards a path in education- a decision made with a fundamental belief that any change, discovery, or innovation flourishes at an early age when surrounded by people upholding the utmost trust in the learner's authenticity and capability. She believes learners thrive and make meaningful growth when trusted to make mistakes, pave their own paths, choices, challenges, and communities. AASV models this value thoroughly, which ultimately drew her in to becoming an Acton Guide.

Sarah loves language, creative writing, running, cooking, and being inspired. She is committed to bringing these passions to her work in new ways, and even more ready to be inspired by learners each and every day.
